GLO-Roots Image Analysis (GLO-RIA) is an ImageJ plugin intended for the analysis of root images generated using the GLO-Roots imaging system. Two different of analysis are available with the plugin: a local analysis of dual-reporter images (RootReporter) and a global analysis of the whole root system properties (RootSystem). GLO-RIA is an open source tool hosted on GitHub: http://rr-lab.github.io/GLO-Roots
