Description
RootView is designed expressly for working with images from minirhizotrons to study the growth and demography of fine roots and mycorrhizas: roots can be classified into different user-defined categories, their length and thickness automatically measured from tracings, and root tips can be assigned to categories. All "root objects" are tagged with a unique label so that changes in their properties can be followed in time.
